Many individuals have lost their connection to the natural world and the healing benefits that Mother Nature provides.

The busyness of daily life and the negative effects of technology can leave us feeling ungrounded. Nature therapy helps you to receive the healing benefits of nature whilst a skilled nature therapist holds the space and guides you through the process. Private and group nature therapy sessions are available.

Anna’s Journey Back to Nature

No matter where I am in life, when connecting with nature I discovered further depths and roots within myself that connected me to Mother Earth, the Universal consciousness and grounded my soul, mind and body. Returning to a loving conscious relationship with nature has allowed me to shed the heavy inner layers that blocked and clouded me from reaching and recognizing my true purpose and light. I surrendered and let go of the old version of myself in order to spiritually evolve, become centred and step into a brighter future with greater clarity and emotional stability.

Embodiment in Nature

Embodiment is another form of mindfulness.

When practising embodiment, we energetically connect on a deeper level with the universal energies and our higher self to establish a greater understanding of our most important relationships including the relationship with ourselves and others. Focus on the body and mind influences us to be present in the moment. This restorative practice merges us with the earth’s natural energies, grounding us and helping us to heal past and existing wounds. Grounding and breathing in nature allows us to recognize the endless abundance of love and serenity that surrounds us.

Nature as Medicine

Nature is medicinal and both restorative and preventative. The benefits of grounding and spending time in nature:

• balance the nervous system

• improve mental health

• facilitate breathing

• lower inflammation

• support healing from disease and illness

Nature shifts our consciousness to heighten the senses including sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing and our intuitive sixth sense. Connecting to nature helps our bodies draw in the nourishing, grounding and fortifying energy of the earth.

Nature Therapy with Anna

Whilst there is no right or wrong way to connect with nature, Anna is highly intuitive and is supportive when guiding you to establish your intentions and holding the space. Anna’s nature therapy sessions offer meditations, movement practices and other methods that best suit your objectives. Anna takes the time to understand your spiritual, mental and physical needs to support you in connecting to nature and your higher self.

Anna creates a bespoke healing experience, dependent on the client’s fitness level and specific healing needs. Removing stagnant energy and replenishing with light energy to ensure spiritual alignment, requires movement. Anna chooses the specific activities in nature that will benefit the individual, ranging from a longer nature hike, to shorter brisk walks. Movement, meditation, a peaceful walk, whatever the method is that is used to connect, Anna holds the safe space and works with you to provide the most transformative healing experience.

Nature Therapy Sessions

Each session is 90 minutes (1.5 hours)

$150 CDN / $115 USD per person.

Group nature therapy sessions: working with families, friend groups, couples, youth groups and business teams, experiencing nature therapy as a group is an enjoyable way to have fun and disconnect from the stresses of life, whilst receiving a burst of nature’s healing benefits. Team building experiences are popular amongst business and corporate events and a unique way to strengthen bonds and connections.
